New Appointments At Roscosmos

Moscow, Russia (SPX) Jan 18, 2006
A. Perminov, Head of the Russian Federal Space Agency, appointed Alexander Chulkov as Chief of Department of Lift-off Means, Ground Space Infrastructure and Cooperation. Earlier, Mr. Chulkov had been Deputy Chief of this department.

The same day, Andrey Pankratov was appointed as Chief of Department of Program Realization and Accounting. Earlier he had also been Deputy Chief of the Department.
