Third of French nuke plants off line

Almost a third of France's 58 nuclear reactors were off line Monday due to a maintenance and refuelling backlog, as power bosses warned they would have to import massive amounts of energy. Oil prices rebound on weak dollar, US, Chinese data

Oil prices rebounded Monday, buoyed by a weaker dollar and positive US and Chinese economic data that bolstered hopes of stronger demand in the two biggest energy-consuming nations. Iran wants review of nuclear fuel deal
