Yes! Solar Solutions is launching a national network of retail energy outlets that are dedicated to providing homeowners and small businesses energy independence through photovoltaic (PV) solar electric systems. Yes! distributes its own brand of PV solar modules and related solar products, and offers a broad line of products for a variety of home and recreational applications through its retail energy outlets.

The first Yes! Solar Solutions energy outlet will open on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 10100 Fairway Drive in Roseville, CA. The Company will host a public Grand Opening at the Fairway Drive location from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm on Saturday, October 20, 2007.

"The retail environment we've created is a first of its kind for our industry. A Yes! Energy Outlet will provide consumers with a place to come and learn about everything from how sunlight is converted to electricity to how our PV systems are installed and the economic and environmental benefits they deliver," said Jeff Winzeler, President of Yes! Solar, Inc.

"The first thing a visitor sees upon entering our store is our interactive solar bar where they can view a variety of video and animated presentations to learn about the benefits of solar power on their own. From there, the store is designed to allow them to become involved with our staff of energy experts, our products and our solutions. In addition to home energy systems, our solar-centric product line is broad and includes educational products, fun and entertaining solar powered devices and many daily use items as well. The strategic location of our energy outlets places them in geographically desirable places in the heart of the communities we serve." The greater Sacramento region will be served by four Yes! Solar Solutions energy outlets by the end of 2008.

As the focus on renewable energy sharpens for both economic and environmental reasons, photovoltaic solar electric systems have emerged as one of the most viable and accessible means of eliminating dependency on traditional utility generated electricity. More importantly, the economic benefits associated with solar generated electricity are very real and when coupled with the current federal tax credits and state rebates the cost of ownership for a typical residential system is greatly discounted.

Even without these generous programs, the typical system will pay for itself while locking in electrical rates and providing a shield against projected cost increases in traditional utility sourced electricity. Payback periods vary based on characteristics such as home size and electrical consumption patterns which are driven largely by lifestyle.

As more new homes offer photovoltaic systems either as a standard feature or an option, the demand for retrofitting an existing home is growing as the benefits of solar are becoming better known. Homeowners are realizing a photovoltaic solar electric system will not only reduce or eliminate electricity expenses, it will also add to the resale value of their home.

Yes! Solar Solutions energy outlets are positioned to provide homeowners with a single source turnkey solar solution. "Throughout Europe photovoltaic solar systems are quite common," Winzeler said. "The movement toward renewable energy and energy independence is just getting started in North America. If only for economic reasons this is the way of the future, and the environmental benefits are just as real."
