Probe Announces Signing LoI For Acquisition Of Solar Masters

Probe Manufacturing has announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Solar Masters, a solar technology company that is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for solar power generation focused on lighting and battery charging products.

Probe Manufacturing's acquisition of Solar Masters marks the beginning of our quest for advancing and promoting solar technology as a viable, affordable, and sustainable technology.

"Solar powered products are going to revolutionize the way we use power. The potential markets for solar powered products will continue to grow, and Probe is committed to leverage its manufacturing competency and advanced business systems to make them affordable. With this acquisition we further our goal of creating an alternative energy portfolio," stated Probe CEO Reza Zarif.

Probe is committed to continued profitable operation of its contract electronics manufacturing business, while investing and expanding its portfolio of alternative energy technologies and products, through organic development or acquisitions.
