Fort Lee NJ (SPX) Nov 06, 2006 ORBCOMM has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,230,800 shares of common stock at a price of $11.00 per share. The underwriters in the offering have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,384,620 additional shares at the initial public offering price of $11.00 per share to cover over-allotments, if any. UBS Investment Bank is acting as the sole book-running manager and Morgan Stanley is acting as joint lead manager for the offering. Banc of America Securities LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as co-managers of the offering. Geneva (AFP) Nov 3, 2006Global concentrations of carbon dioxide, the major greenhouse gas blamed for climate change, reached in 2005 the highest levels ever recorded, the UN's weather agency said Friday. The trend of growing emissions from industry, transport and power generation from burning fossil fuels such as oil, gas and coal is set to continue despite an international agreement to cap emissions, the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) warned. |
