Multiband Announces Acquisition Of Satellite Broadcast Corp

Multiband Corporation has announced the completion of the acquisition of the Minnesota assets of Satellite Broadcast Corporation. The transaction will add nearly 600 owned subscribers to Multiband's nationwide network of voice, video and data customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"We are very pleased to add this fine portfolio to our network," stated James L. Mandel, Multiband CEO. "These quality projects will further enhance our operations in the North Central Region and will contribute nicely to our nationwide distribution."

Stratos Steps Closer To Xantic Acquisition

Stratos Global recently announced it had taken a step closer toward the completion of the acquisition of Xantic, having received positive advice from the Works' Council in the Netherlands, and executed a definitive agreement to purchase Xantic from KPN and Telstra Corporation.
