Las Vegas - Feb 16, 2004 United Development International has reviewed radar imagery of their recently acquired Cuyuni River Project. Interpretation indicates the presence of a huge paleochannel extending over 16 kilometers and widths of up to 2.5 kilometers which has not been previously mined. A number of favourable structures for the deposition of gold and diamonds, such as dykes, scour pools and point bars, have been identified within the Cuyuni River Project. At least two dykes with accompanying scour pools were interpreted within the property crosscutting the main axis of the paleochannel. These structures are consistent with high gold grades, proven to exist in the region. In addition, iron cemented gravel layers were identified. High gold grades are also known to occur in this type of formation especially within this region. Historically, hundreds of thousands of ounces with a value of tens of millions of dollars have been produced in this region from similar formations. With the addition of this interpretation our gold and diamond exploration program will consist of geological mapping followed by preliminary Banka drilling in order to properly valuate these formations. Detailed Banka drilling and bulk sampling will follow the preliminary exploration program. Strict quality control will be implemented for sample collection and transportation. Samples will be remitted to internationally recognized laboratories for fire assay in order to ensure integrity of fire assay results.
