Cinterion Launches XT65 And XT75 Modules
Issaquah WA (SPX) Oct 07, 2008 Cinterion Wireless Modules (formerly Siemens Wireless Modules) has announced that its XT65 and XT75 GSM communication modules are approved and commercially available for the North American Market. The quad-band modules which were designed for economical tracking and tracing solutions have achieved PCTRB, FCC and network certification with the largest North American GSM carrier. The seamless combination of GPS and GSM technologies are made possible through a special integrated design approach of both functionalities, leading to an unrivalled operational coexistence which minimizes interferences while maximizing performance. With Java Open Platform, the pre-approved modules enable easy development of complex Java applications, reduce integration costs and shorten the time it takes to bring a new solution to market.
