Iran vows to pursue nuclear work despite nuclear resolution Tehran, Aug 6, 2006 Iran's top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani said Sunday his country will press on with its controversial nuclear work despite a UN resolution calling for a freeze of uranium enrichment. "They should know that such resolutions will not affect our determination. We will pursue the nuclear rights of Iranians which are enshrined in the Non-Proliferation Treaty," he told reporters.
