Three Britons charged in Belgian CO2 fraud probeBrussels (AFP) Jan 4, 2010 Belgian authorities have charged three Britons suspected of VAT fraud on CO2 emissions permits after funds held in Belgian banks were frozen, prosecutors said on Monday.
