Toshiba Corp. said Thursday its US subsidiary Westinghouse Electric would buy a 52-percent stake in Japan's Nuclear Fuel Industries for 100 million dollars. California Air Resources Board Votes To Include Unfair, Unproven Theory In New Regs

Areva seeks to block Siemens-Rosatom nuclear deal

French nuclear power group Areva said Thursday it had filed a request for arbitration to try to stop Germany's Siemens creating a rival venture with Russian group Rosatom.
