Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak proposed setting up a "Clean Energy Development Bank" for the benefit of Muslim countries to boost development of clean energy-related industries. Speaking Wednesday at the 6th World Islamic Economic Forum in Kuala Lumpur, Najib said Malaysia was ready to spearhead such an initiative.
