Better weather spurs hope over US oil spillVenice, Louisiana (AFP) May 3, 2010 Kinder weather aided efforts Monday to counter a giant oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, as BP prepared to launch an unprecedented operation to try to contain the main leak with a giant dome.
