Carbon Emissions Outsourced To Developing CountriesPalo Alto, CA (SPX) Mar 9, 2010 A new study by scientists at the Carnegie Institution finds that over a third of carbon dioxide emissions associated with consumption of goods and services in many developed countries are actually emitted outside their borders. Cruise ship: 8-meter swells not exceptional, says expertParis (AFP) March 4, 2010 The luxury cruise ship hit by huge waves off the Mediterranean coast of Spain was in heavy seas where eight-metre (26-foot) waves were to be expected, an expert from the French national weather agency said Thursday.
